Refund policy

"Not satisfied with your purchase? Our store is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of receiving your item for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be undamaged and clean, with their original packaging (if possible according to the return policy) and respective certificates, and unused. Custom items are non-returnable unless they are defective.

To initiate a return, please email us at bolgart.watches@gmail.com with your order number. We will assist you in processing your return, and the shipping cost will be additional. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Simply rewrap the item and drop it off at the post office. Returns should be sent to the following address: Avenida de París, nº 24, 10005 Cáceres. Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days."
