Customization Policy

Before preparing a personalized proposal, we would like to inform you that customization comes at a base cost of €200, in addition to the price of the selected watch. Half of this cost would be paid at the time of choosing the model, and the other half upon shipping or personal delivery of the watch. Payments can be made via Bizum or bank transfer with the relevant receipt. Communication will be conducted through WhatsApp; if you prefer another method (email, phone call, etc.), please request it.

Our process consists of the following phases:

1. Preparation of a quote with different watch models, photos of them, and design proposals that will be sent in PDF format.

2. Once the client has chosen the model, we will proceed to sketch a final design with the option for revisions.

3. When the design is approved, we will proceed with the hand-painting process.

4. Upon completion, photos of the finished watch will be sent, and it will be shipped or delivered in person.

Regarding the customization timeline, depending on shipping times and design complexity, it typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days.

At the moment the Customize your own watch option is reserved only for Europe.

We remind our customers that, according to the exception to the right of withdrawal of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Article 103: products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or custom-made products. In accordance with the law, Bolgart does not accept returns of personalized products.
